About

Hi my name is Debbie and I live in Eastbourne with my Husband Sean, our two children, Charlotte and Finley and my fur baby Saffie (a shih tzu). Like most busy mums it is hard to find any spare time between school runs and after school clubs, but every spare moment I do get, I like to spend crafting. I have dabbled in most crafts including knitting, jewellery making, clay and sugar-craft and now find my passion is papercraft.

I started by making cards, gift boxes and bags for friends and family and started searching YouTube for ideas which then soon became an obsession. After watching lots of tutorials I found I was especially drawn to Stampin’ Up! products and eventually signed up as an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.

Originally I joined in order to take advantage of a great discount and a rather generous start up offer, which Stampin’ Up! have on a regular basis. I was never interested in the direct selling side of it but as time has gone on and my confidence increased I became more and more intrigued. After spending several months talking to other Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators on social media, I decided to attend a team get together in Manchester and became totally inspired. Since then I have attended quite a few events and it is like meeting up with family.

I have started this blog to share some of my projects, and my love for papercraft  with others who may just feel the same. I hold several in person papercraft classes every month and more recently, online classes and workshops. I sell some of my makes at craft fairs and school fairs and also sell all the Stampin’ Up! Craft Products that I use.

If you would like to know any further information about shopping with me, becoming part of my team, or attending my classes, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks for reading

Debbie x

  1. I’ve been doing classes for 5 years now and am on the cusp of changing things up a bit as I feel I am in a bit of a rut with it. You will love teaching people, I do and that is what keeps me going.

  2. Hi Debbie thank you for stopping by my blog today and for the lovely comment about my darling Black Cat. I hope you are still loving Stampin’ UP!. Have you started doing classes yet? You may or may not know that I resigned from Stampin’ UP! at the end of November last year. I still do classes with a few friends who loved my SU classes so continue to come along each fortnight, though I don’t look for more people just at the moment. We are an anything goes group and I use all sorts of things in my card classes (some Stampin’ UP!). Thank you again for your lovely caring comment, I wish you well.

    1. I know how attached we become to our fur babies. I lost one of mine last year and it is heart breaking. Yes I did start classes and just hold one once a month at the moment but am looking for a venue locally to hold evening classes too so fingers crossed that works out. I am glad you are continuing with your classes, I’m sure your attendees are very grateful for you sharing your talent. Sending you my very best wishes. X
