Hi fellow crafters
Anyone who knows me personally, will know that I am absolutely useless at keeping houseplants alive. I find the whole thing quite stressfull! Am I watering enough? Am I watering too much? Is it getting enough sunlight? Is it getting too much sunlight? I even watered plastic cacti in a pot for almost 6 months. But I do love the look of houseplants and as soon as I saw this paper I just fell in love with it.
All of the plant images and pots etc are really easy to fussy cut and some even have dies if you dont like fussy cutting. I love the whole suite of products in the Bloom Where You’re Planted Suite and the posibilities are endless when you factor in the stamps and coordinating dies. However, just as a beginner crafter, you can create so many beautiful cards with just the Patterned Papers and a decent pair of Scissors. In fact, I have designed a Class in the Post Kit for that very reason.
I could play all day making cards with these products but there just aren’t enough hours in the day! Anyway, here is what you need to create the card in the main picture.
Card Base: Basic White Cardstock cut to measure 5-7/8″ x 8-1/4″ scored at 4-1/8″
DSP Layer 1: Brick Pattern cut to measure 3-7/8″ x 5-5/8″
DSP Layer 2: Woodgrain Pattern cut to measure 3-7/8″ x 2″
Card Strip: Cinammon Cider Card cut to measure 3-7/8″ x 1/2″
Oval Stitched Die Cut
